Sherette is a change catalyst and transformational leader. She oversees critical programs that enhance the Firm’s operational resilience, strengthens preparedness for internal and external disruptions, and advances enterprise-wide strategies for managing third-party technology risk. She’s successfully led Technology Operational Support teams across the firm, delivering transformative outcomes, strengthening operational capabilities, and cultivating high-performing teams that excel in complex global environments. She’s a proud Tuskegee alumna and D&I champion, founding multiple groups focused on mentorship and development of minorities and women
