A proud Latina, she blends lived experience with executive expertise to position neurodivergence as a driver of creativity, resilience and innovation not a limitation. A sought after speaker, she has delivered impactful talks at national platforms like AFROTECH & the National Society of Black Engineers (NSBE) where she challenges outdated narratives around productivity and empowers high achieving professionals to lead with authenticity, clarity, and intention.
