Biography

Rosa solves the tangled problems that keep teams up at night, turning them into simple, actionable solutions. She began as a Salesforce Administrator in 2017, then moved through customer success and consulting. Now a Senior Solution Engineer, she pairs technical depth with strategy to help organizations get full value from Salesforce — across luxury retail (Chanel, David Yurman), food service (Chipotle), consulting (McKinsey) and law (Fragomen). She holds a BS in Finance and Marketing and an MS in Business Analytics from NJIT, and is a past president of Boldforce NY. A certified yoga teacher, she's training for the New York Marathon.
