Biography

Caroline De Marco is an award-winning senior executive with over 30 years of leadership experience in the pharmaceutical and biotech industries. Currently, she is Genentech’s Community Impact Ambassador in the Population Health Center of Excellence. In this role, Caroline is responsible for developing and strengthening strategic partnerships and building trust and credibility with historically underserved populations to close care gaps and improve access to Genentech’s current and future portfolio. Her extensive experience spans sales, managed care, finance, people and culture, marketing, and talent management.
