Biography

Candice Scarborough-Sanchez is a Senior Technical Director at Parsons Corporation, where she leads advanced cybersecurity, analytics, and engineering initiatives supporting national security missions. With over 20 years of experience in software engineering, cyber defense, and system architecture, she has led high-performing technical teams conducting vulnerability assessments and resilience engineering across critical defense and infrastructure systems.  Beyond her role, Candice is the CEO of CNSible Solutions and host of the Glitch Grind Glow podcast, where she empowers tech professionals, founders, and underrepresented communities.
